A: Why not, Users often get the same questions?  FAQ section  in the home page gives the user the confidence  which helps with support case deflection. Having  made a smart choice of the software , going through the content gives you more user intuitiveness - an online documentation portal can help you with case instances.

Q: How do I start using the Help Manual?

A: The Help manual is part of the application, all the screens have the feature . Click on Help button, the documentation of the screen will populate for you to understand the Function or process.

Help Is also available on the Main Menu of the Application.
